Nowy, oficjalny tytuł czwartej części przygód Indiany Jonesa w reżyserii Stevena Spielberga będzie brzmiał "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" - potwierdził aktor Shia LaBeouf.

LaBeouf, który wystąpi w filmie razem z Harrisonem Fordem, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, Ray Winstone i Johnem Hurtem, podał tę informacje podczas MTV Video Music Awards w Las Vegas.

"Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull" wyprodukuje studio Lucasfilm Ltd., a dystrybucją filmu zajmie Paramount Pictures. Premiera obrazu w Stanach Zjednoczonych 22 maja 2008 roku. Producentem ponownie będzie Frank Marshall oraz Kathleen Kennedy, natomiast George Lucas producentem wykonawczym.
